Mr. Herskovits established the company in 1947. A pioneer of the Israeli diamond industry, he began his career in the diamond industry polishing fancy shaped diamonds in 1946. With his vast experience and knowledge of the business, he has established one of the leading natural colored diamond companies.
Mr. Herskovits inspects all our diamonds – and they have passed his extremely high standards. Mr. Herskovits is a founding member of the Israel Diamond Exchange and his opinion is highly respected within the Israeli diamond business.
Etti Mund is Mr. Herskovits’ second daughter and a long-standing member of the Israeli Diamond Exchange. She has been deeply involved in all aspects of the company for more than 25 years. She is the company’s diamond export manager, inventory controller, and diamond buyer, as well as supervising and guiding the sales force. Being fluent in English and Hebrew, she is able to develop a strong relationship with both staff and clients in Israel and abroad.
Gila and Henry Gawron
Gila is Mr. Herskovits’ youngest daughter, and she and husband Henry, both members of the Israeli Diamond Exchange, have been involved in the family business for more than 15 years. They are respected experts in the natural color diamond trade.
Fluent in several languages, they represent JH Fancy Diamonds on the Israeli diamond exchange floor, and are active in the company’s international sales as well the marketing of loose stones and high-end jewelry.
Ms. Kubo has been managing the day-to-day affairs at JH Fancy Diamonds for more than 30 years. In addition, she deals with the company’s financial affairs, as well as providing support and assistance for the international sales force.
